Surveying &
Laser Scanning

We provide field-to-finished services from design and construction to turnarounds, upgrades, and revamps. Our PLS team collects facility condition data using our high-definition laser scanner to provide a common point of reference for all design disciplines.

Commissioning Startup

Our Engineering and Construction teams routinely provide pre-commissioning activity support in various aspects. This support is provided at the completion and pre-commissioning, commissioning, and startup stages of projects. In addition to overhauls, maintenance, debottlenecked, and re-starts of units, our turnaround and maintenance teams routinely provide aspects of this scope.

Maintenance

We provide customized or collaborative options to complement our basic maintenance services, including practices that trim expenses, maximize plant reliability, and ensure safety and quality standards are upheld. We cover a variety of industrial maintenance areas from scheduling and planning to preventive & predictive, supplemental & total servicing, specialty field activities (instrumentation & electrical, boilers & furnace repairs, etc.), capital projects, plus turnarounds.

Turnaround

As a turn-key and safe turnaround service provider, we deliver superior value to our customers. A substantial portion of our existing infrastructure is leveraged and supported by our personnel who specialize in capital projects, turnarounds, shutdowns, and outages.

Cooling Towers

For our clients' benefit, we provide periodic inspections and preventive maintenance of cooling towers to ensure peak performance and reliability during the most challenging positions. Using counterflow or crossflow designs, we diagnose and repair issues with wooden, fiberglass, and concrete towers.

Boilers Digesters

Our experts deliver installation, revamp, and turnaround services for boilers, furnaces, heaters, and other outage-related projects; this includes those needing special requirements and tight timelines. Additionally, our team can undertake major renovations of power facilities, refineries, and chemical plants.

On Call Construction
